How to speak that other want to listen?
Certain jogs require us to do a lot of 'talking' . Often, a sales may be killed by failing to observe the way how we communicating with the prospects. Most of the time we are guilty of talking too much without listening enough what the prospect want to say and what are their concerns.
So, speak in such a way that people want to listen is crucial.
1>authority- do i have the authority to speak such a topic?
2>topic of interest- people would get bored if the topic or content discuss do not arouse interest .
3>speak less than it necessary
4>less repeating
5>let other do the talking
6>mindfulness- i won't go wrong, as it guarded by mindfulness
7> set limit how much time needed- respect others' time.
